28.What is the most annoying sound you have ever heard?

Hmmm,
Is it bad that a certain persons voice is the first thing that came to mind?
Maybe that's just pure hatred.
Other than that I don't really know.
A lot of people thing nails on a chalkboard is bad.
That's never bothered me to bad.
So yeah I'll go with that answer.
